Let me say that I prefer to take natural and safe products compared to harsh drugs with crazy side effects. My arthritis in my right knee can be quite difficult to handle with the curcumin. I take 3 a day with food. I can feel the difference after 2 doses. I sometimes forget about my knee issue an run down the stairs with no worries. My husband uses it also for arthritis in his feet. We ordered our 4 bottle 3 day’s ago because I didn’t want to run out.

I love liquid optima gold curcumin for so many reasons. The first of many, it is a gelcap which is easy to swallow which is something I hold up high in the choosing factor for easier swallowing. The second reason is it seems to be making a difference in my joint/mobility issues that I have. I find opening up items are easier. Staying on my feet longer has been something that has changed for sure. I have been more up and about and able to get more done in a day than I did before. Two reasons for this – first I just found out i have arthritis in my neck which is causing pain and headaches. Second, I just started a Keto diet. I think this is really going to help with the inflammation from the arthritis. I understand it’s suppose to help with Keto because it boosts the inflammation effectiveness of a low carb diet. It is a bit pricey but I like it is gelcaps abd not tablets. Other brands have not helped in the long run and I think it was there was too much filler. So far this seems to be working well
