Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with OptimaEarth Labs. We take pride in the quality and purity of our supplements, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 30 days from the date you received your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • The product is in its original packaging, including all labels, seals, and tamper-evident materials.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, receipt, etc.).


2. Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Any product which has passed its expiry date.

  • Items discounted beyond a certain promotional threshold (if applicable).

  • Shipping & handling costs, including any import or customs duties, unless the return is due to our error.


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, we’ll email you instructions for returning the product.

  3. You must ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the refund is due to our error (you received the wrong product, the product is defective or damaged), OptimaEarth Labs will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect selection, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


5. Processing of Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.

  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.


6. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, credit card statement, or PayPal (as applicable).

  • If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at [email protected], and we will investigate immediately.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.

  • We will assess and, if confirmed, either send you a replacement or issue a full refund (including return shipping if applicable).


9. Stock-Out or Fulfillment Issues

  • In rare cases where item(s) in your order become unavailable (e.g. due to loss, damage, or logistic issues), we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • You will be offered either a full refund or an alternative item of equal value, depending on your preference.


10. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure the return is packaged securely. We are not responsible for damage during return shipping if the packaging is inadequate.

  • Retain proof of postage or tracking information until the refund is fully processed.
