Introducing My Favorite Paleo Recipes

My favorite Paleo Recipes – as you can see this week we are looking at the Paleo Diet and have quite a mixed bag of recipes. Paleo differs quite a bit from Keto, while Keto is all about balancing carbs/protein and fat to achieve Ketosis, the Paleo diet is more about the food choices. You eliminate dairy, grains and processed foods, but balance the macronutrients any way you want.

Here are my 10 favorites that I have tried and make regularly, they are all healthy nutritious recipes that the whole family will eat.

Paleo Breakfast Casserole

This a great paleo recipe – breakfast can often be a difficult decision when you are trying to keep to a diet, I have found these casserole type dishes can be a great way to combine a lot of nutritional ingredients into something special. This one is my favorite from The Paleo Diet website.

Paleo Bring-it-on Beef Stew

I don’t think this beef stew needs a lot of written justification the picture really tells the whole story. This for me is real comfort food and this recipe, in particular, is a firm family favorite, right down to my six-year-old daughter (plus the family dog who surprisingly is a picky eater!).

Paleo Recipe Banana Pancakes

Substituting non-Paleo favorites is always tricky, but Banana Pancakes are one of my favorite things to eat! You can also do this with a grated apple too. Enjoy and look forward to breakfast the Paleo way as much as I do! Thanks to The Paleo Diet website again for this one.
